Temporary Night Calving Stockperson
We are seeking an experienced temporary Stockperson to provide night calving cover for a spring-calving Sussex cattle herd.
This position is ideal for a capable and conscientious stockperson with a proven track record in beef calving and calf rearing within an indoor calving system. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, monitoring cows, assisting with calvings when required, and ensuring newborn calves receive the highest standard of care.
Trainee Ranger
We run an 18-month ranger traineeship. Our trainees work as part of our land management team, managing the estate for conservation and wildlife. The work is varied: helping with our cattle, sheep, and pigs, along with a variety of land management tasks such as traditional coppice, fencing and hedge planting.
