Wadhurst Park Photography Project

In 2023, photographer Kevin Harwood began working with the estate to capture the essence of our landscapes and their regeneration, special habitats, wildlife, buildings, and the people who care and manage them. Over time, Kevin has been building an extensive library of images for the estate that now also feature prominently across our website, bringing the estate’s story to life.

Kevin’s work with us started through the White Stork Project, where his expertise in camera trapping and photography proved invaluable. He has documented thousands of images of white storks, helping us monitor their movements, track pairs, and assess nest success. His work not only supports conservation but also provides a visual record of these iconic birds returning to our skies.

His project, which documents both the wildlife on the estate and the work of restoring the landscape, is ongoing.

Thanks to Kevin

Many of the images featured on our website have been captured by Kevin Harwood. We are incredibly grateful for Kevin’s talent and dedication in showcasing the beauty of Wadhurst Park.
